根据《市场监管总局关于对电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池、电动自行车用充电器实施强制性产品认证管理的公告》（2024年第26号），对电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池（1121）、电动自行车用充电器（1122）实施强制性产品认证（CCC认证）管理。
CQC依据《国家认监委关于发布电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池等强制性产品认证实施机构指定决定的公告》（国家认监委〔2024〕20号）、《国家认监委关于发布电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池、电动自行车用充电器强制性产品认证实施规则的公告》（国家认监委〔2024〕16号）发布的《强制性产品认证实施规则 电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池》（CNCA-C11-21：2024）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 电动自行车用充电器》（CNCA-C11-22：2024）和通用实施规则等，制定了《强制性产品认证实施细则 电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池》（CQC-C1121-2024）、《强制性产品认证实施细则 电动自行车用充电器》（CQC-C1122-2024），现予以发布，自2024年10月15日实施，具体实施要求通知如下：
一、自2024年10月15日起，电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池、电动自行车用充电器认证委托人可通过中国质量认证中心官网（www.cqc.com.cn）提交认证申请，CQC按照相应实施规则/实施细则实施认证及颁发证书。
二、自2025年11月1日起，电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池、电动自行车用充电器应该经过CCC认证并标注CCC认证标志后，方可出厂、销售、进口或在其他经营活动中使用。

According to the Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the implementation of Mandatory Product Certification Management of lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles and chargers for electric bicycles (No. 26 of 2024), the mandatory product certification (CCC certification) management of lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles (1121) and chargers for electric bicycles (1122) is implemented.

1. Starting from October 15, 2024, the certification consignors of lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles and chargers for electric bicycles can submit certification applications through the official website of China Quality Certification Center (www.cqc.com.cn), and CQC will implement certification and issue certificates in accordance with the corresponding implementation rules/implementation rules.
Since November 1, 2025, lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles and chargers for electric bicycles should be certified by CCC and marked with the CCC certification mark before they can be delivered, sold, imported or used in other business activities.
