CQC

CQC mark is a voluntary certification mark administered by the China Quality Center, the largest professional certification body in P.R. China. The certification covers a wide range of product types that don’t fall under the Compulsory Certification CCC scope.

The CQC mark demonstrates the conformity to Chinese GB standards in the aspects of safety, EMC, as well as quality, performance, and environmental safety (ROHS), where applicable.

Product Scope:

The list of CQC categories is continuously growing. Currently 47 categories and over 500 product types are in scope including the most recently added 18 categories that were removed from CCC per CNCA announcement No. 11, 2018,  CNCA announcement No. 44, 2019. For example, automotive parts and electrical arcing machines no longer need mandatory CCC certification, but manufacturers can voluntarily apply for CQC mark certification.
