2023 年 8 月 8  日根据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《中华人民共 和国认证认可条例》有关规定，按照《关于调整〈网络关键设备和网络安全专用产品 目录〉的公告》（国家网信办、工业和信息化部、公安部、国家认监委 2023 年第 2 号 公告）要求，国家认监委修订完善了《网络关键设备和网络安全专用产品安全认证实 施规则》（见附件，以下称新版规则）。现将有关事项公告如下：

一、新版规则自发布之日起实施。《关于发布网络关键设备和网络安全专用产品 安全认证实施规则的公告》（国家认监委 2018 年第 28 号公告）同时废止。

二、此前已经颁发的有效安全认证证书可继续使用，证书转换工作采取到期换证、 产品变更、标准换版等自然过渡的方式完成。

subject: Announcement of the CNCA on the revision of the implementation rules for the security certification of network critical equipment and network security-specific products

Content: On August 8, 2023, according to the relevant provisions of the "Network Security  Law  of  the   People's   Republic  of  China"  and  the  "Certification  and Accreditation Regulations of the People's Republic of China", in accordance with the requirements  of the  "Announcement  on  the Adjustment  of  the"  Network  Critical Equipment and Network Security Special Product Catalog "(Announcement No. 2 of 2023  of  the   National  Cyberspace  Administration,  the   Ministry  of   Industry  and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Accreditation and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China), The CNCA revised and improved the Implementation Rules for Security Certification of Network Critical Equipment and Network Security-Specific Products (see annex, hereinafter referred to as the new rules). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. The new rules shall take effect from the date of promulgation. The Announcement on the  Release  of  Implementation  Rules  for  the  Safety  Certification  of  Network Critical Equipment and Network Security Products (Announcement No. 28, 2018 of the CNCA) shall be repealed at the same time.

Second, the valid safety certification certificate that  has  been  issued before can continue to be used, and the certificate conversion work is completed in a natural transition way such as expiration renewal, product change, and standard version change.
