On 27 Feb, 2026, ENACOM issued a new resolution 57/2026 to update the equipment approval framework and introduced new certification mode that technical conformity assessment will be shift to the recognized third-party Certification Bodies and issue Certificate of Conformity(CoC) which is then used for RAMATEL registration (type approval), ENACOM remains the regulator and registry.
This new resolution will be implemented from 1 Sep, 2026 and the ENACOM approvals will follow the third-party certificate mode.
