Mandatory certification for data centers that are part of telecom networks;
Joint liability for marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee) that offer non-certified products;
Expanded definition of violations, now including activities such as advertising, quoting and storing non-certified equipment;
Stricter rules for refurbished or second-hand products, which may only be certified for specific public programs.
