依据《市场监管总局关于对商用燃气燃烧器具等产品实施强制性产品认证管理的公告》（2024年第9号公告），阻燃电线电缆产品将纳入CCC认证范围，2024年7月1日起，我中心开始受理认证委托。
依据《国家认监委关于发布电线电缆等强制性产品认证实施规则的公告》（2024年第7号公告），我中心制定《强制性产品认证实施细则 电线电缆》（CQC-C0101-2024），于2024年7月1日实施，代替《强制性产品认证实施细则 电线电缆产品》（CQC-C0101-2014）。
现将阻燃电线电缆CCC认证有关要求明确如下：
1. 2024年7月1日起，开始受理阻燃电线电缆的CCC认证申请（对应产品类别：0104、0105），已开展的阻燃电线电缆的自愿认证（产品类别：011016、011034）部分产品业务将停止，暂停相关证书（暂停三个月）或减少相关范围，在取得CCC证书后注销对应暂停的证书。取得自愿认证证书的获证企业，依据新版CCC认证实施规则、细则提出CCC认证委托，按照相关要求补充测试，免收相关申请费、批准注册费。
2. 依据旧版实施规则（《强制性产品认证实施规则 电线电缆产品》（CNCA-C01-01：2014））颁发的电线电缆CCC证书可继续使用，认证证书采取到期换证、产品变更、标准换版等自然过渡的方式完成实施规则换版工作。

According to the Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the implementation of Mandatory product certification Management of commercial gas combustion appliances and other products (Announcement No. 9 in 2024), flame retardant wire and cable products will be included in the scope of CCC certification, and from July 1, 2024, our center will begin to accept certification mandates.
According to the Announcement of the CNCA on the Issuance of Implementation Rules for Mandatory Product Certification such as Wire and Cable (Announcement No. 7 of 2024), the Center formulated the Implementation Rules for Mandatory Product Certification Wire and Cable (CFC-C0101-2024), which was implemented on July 1, 2024. Replace the "Mandatory product certification implementation Rules for wire and cable products" (CFC-C0101-2014).
The flame-retardant wire and cable CCC certification requirements are clearly as follows:
1. From July 1, 2024, CCC certification applications for flame retardant wire and cable will be accepted (corresponding product category: 0104, 0105), and voluntary certification of flame retardant wire and cable has been carried out (product category: 011016, 011034) Some product business will be stopped, the relevant certificates will be suspended (suspended for three months) or the relevant scope will be reduced, and the corresponding suspended certificates will be cancelled after the CCC certificate is obtained.
