1、自2024年4月1日起，申请人应按照修订后的认证规则，采用新版标准申请认证；认证机构应按照修订后的认证规则，采用新版标准实施认证并出具认证证书，不再颁发旧版标准认证证书。

2、对于已按旧版标准获证产品，旧版标准认证证书持有人应及时向认证机构提交转换新版标准认证证书的申请，并于标准实施日期后、第一次跟踪检查结束前，完成按新版标准的产品确认和证书换发工作（新旧版标准主要差异及试验要求见附件），所有旧版标准认证证书转换工作最迟应于2025年3月31日前完成；逾期未完成的，我中心将暂停旧版标准认证证书；2025年6月30日仍未完成转换的认证证书，我中心将撤销旧版标准认证证书。

3、各相关指定实验室应尽快向我中心报备所具备新版标准检测能力的情况，并应及时将通过新版标准实验室资质认定和认可的情况备案。

即日起，我中心产品认证一部开始受理新版标准的认证申请。企业可通过中国质量认证中心官网（www.cqc.com.cn）提交认证申请，具体事宜请与我们联系。

2. For products that have been certified according to the old standard, the holder of the old standard certification certificate should submit the application for the conversion of the new standard certification to the certification body in a timely manner, and complete the product confirmation and certificate replacement according to the new standard after the implementation date of the standard and before the end of the first follow-up inspection (the main differences and test requirements of the new and old standards are shown in the annex). The conversion of all old standard certificates should be completed by March 31, 2025 at the latest; Overdue completion, our center will suspend the old version of the standard certification; If the conversion certificate is not completed on June 30, 2025, our center will revoke the old standard certificate.

3, the relevant designated laboratories should report to our center as soon as possible with the new version of the standard testing ability, and should pass the new version of the standard laboratory qualification and recognition of the record.
