Indonesia SDPPI had issued the new regulations PERMEN KOMINFO NO 3 TAHUN 2024 on 13th March 2024, this Regulations is for Certification of Telecommunications Equipment and/or Telecommunications Equipment.
1. The Ministerial Regulation shall come into force after 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date document issued ( which is 23rd Feb 2024 )
2. This regulations will be replacing NO 16 TAHUN 2018
