根据《国家认监委关于完善强制性产品认证证书和标志管理的公告》（2023年第12号）要求，中国质量认证中心（以下简称“我中心”）现就强制性产品认证（CCC认证）启用新版证书样式及电子证书文档格式的有关事项通知如下：
一、 新版证书样式
新版强制性产品认证证书样式详见我中心官网（www.cqc.com.cn）认证证书样本专栏。
二、 电子证书文档格式
推荐认证委托人仅获取电子证书。电子证书文档格式依据我国电子公文交换和存储格式标准，采用OFD(Open Fixed-layout Document)文档格式颁发电子证书。可使用金山WPS(https://www.wps.cn/)、数科OFD阅读器(http://www.suwell.cn/)等OFD专业工具查看电子证书信息，并验证证书的电子签章信息。
三、 实施安排
自2024年1月1日起，依据上述要求签发证书并颁发电子证书。
四、 注意事项
本次调整不涉及已发证书的换证。
对2024年1月1日前签发的CCC认证证书及采用PDF文档格式的电子证书，随证书到期换证、证书变更等工作更换新版样式与OFD文档格式的电子证书。

OFD professional tools such as Kingsoft WPS(https://www.wps.cn/) and Digital OFD Reader (http://www.suwell.cn/) can be used to view the e-certificate information and verify the electronic signature information of the certificate.
Iii. Implementation arrangements
From 1 January 2024, certificates will be issued and e-certificates issued in accordance with the above requirements.
4. Precautions
This adjustment does not involve the replacement of issued certificates.
