Content: In order to improve the utilization of radio spectrum resources and promote the high-quality development of the radio industry, The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology intends to repeal the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issue of the Use of the Frequency of Point-to-Point Wireless Access System in fixed services in the 40-50 gigahertz (GHz) Band (No. 500 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (No. 2013)) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the issue of the frequency of broadband wireless access system in mobile services in the 40-50 Gigahertz (GHz) band Notice of Use (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (2013) No. 502).
