2023年6月28日, 国家认监委根据《市场监管总局关于优化强制性产品认证目录的公告》（2020年第18号）、《市场监管总局关于对部分电子电器产品不再实行强制性产品认证管理的公告》（2022年第34号）、《 市场监管总局关于对锂离子电池等产品实施强制性产品认证管理的公告》（2023年第10号）对电子产品及安全附件强制性产品认证范围的调整化结果，制定了《强制性产品认证实施规则 电子产品及安全附件》（CNCA-C09-01：2023）（见附件，以下称新版规则）。现将有关要求公告如下：
一、新版规则自2023年8月1日起实施。《强制性产品认证实施规则 音视频设备》（CNCA-C08-01：2014）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 信息技术设备》（CNCA-C09-01：2014）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 电信终端设备》（CNCA-C16-01：2014）同时废止。
二、相关指定认证机构应当依据新版规则和强制性产品认证通用实施规则要求，制定对应的认证实施细则，向国家认监委备案后方可按照新版规则实施认证并颁发认证证书。
三、此前已经颁发的有效强制性产品认证证书可继续使用，认证证书转换工作采取到期换证、产品变更、标准换版等自然过渡的方式完成。

Content:on 28th Jun 2023, According to the Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on Optimizing the Mandatory Product Certification Catalogue (No. 18 of 2020), the Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the Mandatory product certification management of some electronic and electrical products No longer (No. 34 of 2022), and the Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the mandatory product certification management of lithium-ion batteries and other products (No. No. 10, 2023) As a result of the adjustment and optimization of the scope of mandatory product certification for electronic products and safety accessories, the CNCA has formulated the Implementation Rules for Mandatory Product Certification for Electronic Products and Safety Accessories (CNCA-C09-01:23) (see the annex, hereinafter referred to as the new version of the rules). The relevant requirements are hereby announced as follows:
The new rules will come into force on August 1, 2023. Audio and Video Equipment for the Implementation of Mandatory Product Certification Rules (CNCA-C08-01:2014), Information Technology Equipment for the Implementation of Mandatory Product Certification Rules (CNCA-C09-01:2014), Telecommunication Terminal Equipment for the Implementation of Mandatory Product Certification Rules (CNCA-C16-01: 2014) simultaneously repealed.
The relevant designated certification body shall formulate the corresponding certification implementation rules in accordance with the new version of the rules and the requirements of the mandatory product certification general implementation rules, and file with the CNCA before implementing the certification and issuing the certification certificate in accordance with the new version of the rules.
Third, the valid mandatory product certification certificate that has been issued before can continue to be used, and the conversion of the certification certificate is completed in a natural transition way such as expiration renewal, product change, and standard version change.
