中国质量认证中心（英文缩写CQC）对CQC11-464112-2015 《固定式电子设备用锂离子电池和电池组安全认证规则》进行了修订，修订前后文件编号不变，涉及产品认证业务小类号001031。现将规则修订及实施有关要求通知如下：
一、 规则主要修订内容
（1）认证模式改为：型式试验+初始工厂检查+获证后监督；
（2）认证依据标准删除GB 31241-2022，相应地认证规则名称修改为“固定式电子设备用锂离子电池和电池组安全认证规则”；
（3）依据最新的实施规则编写要求对规则其他内容进行修订。
二、 执行新版规则要求：
1、 自本通知发布之日起，CQC将采用修订后的规则实施认证并出具认证证书。
2、 现有001031类证书持续有效，本次修订不涉及差异项目测试及证书转换。

The China Quality Certification Center (CQC for short) has revised the Safety Certification Rules for Lithium-Ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Fixed Electronic Equipment (CQC11-464112-2015). The document number remains unchanged before and after the revision, and the revision involves the product certification business subclass number 001031. The requirements regarding the rule revision and implementation are hereby notified as follows:
1. Major Revision Contents of the Rules
(1) The certification mode is changed to: Type Test + Initial Factory Inspection + Post-Certification Supervision;
(2) The standard GB 31241-2022 is removed from the certification basis, and accordingly, the name of the certification rule is revised to "Safety Certification Rules for Lithium-Ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Fixed Electronic Equipment";
(3) Other contents of the rule are revised in accordance with the latest requirements for formulating implementation rules.
2. Requirements for Implementing the New Version of the Rules
From the date of issuance of this notice, CQC will implement certification and issue certification certificates in accordance with the revised rules.
The existing certificates of Subclass 001031 remain valid, and this revision does not involve differential item testing or certificate conversion.
