依据《市场监管总局关于对电动汽车供电设备实施强制性产品认证管理的公告》（2024年第50号），自2025年3月1日起，指定认证机构开始受理电动汽车供电设备强制性产品认证委托。指定认证机构和实验室应当在认证风险可控、保证认证质量的前提下，积极采信已有合格评定结果，减轻企业负担，便利企业获证。自2025年3月1日起，我中心将对《市场监管总局关于对电动汽车供电设备实施强制性产品认证管理的公告》（2024年第50号）中新纳入强制性产品认证目录的电动汽车供电设备正式实施强制性产品认证。
根据国家认监委2024年第25号公告，《强制性产品认证实施规则 电动汽车供电设备》（CNCA-C25-01：2024）已于2024年12月12日发布，并于2025年3月1日起实施。
为保障电动汽车供电设备强制性产品认证工作有序开展，我中心发布了CQC-C2501-2025《强制性产品认证实施细则 电动汽车供电设备》（见附件1，以下简称“细则”）。该细则将于2025年3月1日起开始实施。
对于已有合格评定结果的采信要求见附件2。电动汽车交流供电设备和电动汽车直流供电设备应分别按照对应的标准技术差异（见附件3和附件4）将已有自愿性认证型式试验报告转换为强制性产品认证型式试验报告。
CQC暂以自行编制的电动汽车供电设备强制性产品认证关键元器件和材料清单（见附件5，以下简称“清单”）实施CCC认证。最终以国家认监委技术专家组发布的决议为准。

According to the Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the implementation of Mandatory Product Certification Management of electric vehicle power supply Equipment (No. 50 of 2024), since March 1, 2025, the designated certification body has begun to accept mandatory product certification of electric vehicle power supply equipment. The designated certification bodies and laboratories shall, on the premise of controlling the certification risk and ensuring the quality of certification, actively accept the existing conformity assessment results, reduce the burden on enterprises, and facilitate enterprises to obtain certification. Since March 1, 2025, the Center will officially implement mandatory product certification for electric vehicle power supply equipment newly included in the mandatory product certification catalogue of the "Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the implementation of mandatory product certification Management of electric vehicle power supply equipment" (No. 50 in 2024).
According to the CNCA Announcement No. 25 of 2024, the Implementation Rules for Mandatory Product Certification of Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment (CNCA-C25-01:24) has been published on December 12, 2024, and will be implemented from March 1, 2025.
In order to ensure the orderly implementation of mandatory product certification for electric vehicle power supply equipment, our center has issued the CFC-C2501-2025 Implementation Rules for Mandatory Product Certification Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment (see Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). The rules will come into effect on March 1, 2025.
The acceptance requirements for existing conformity assessment results are set out in Annex 2. Ac power supply equipment for electric vehicles and DC power supply equipment for electric vehicles shall convert the existing voluntary certification type test reports into mandatory product certification type test reports in accordance with the corresponding standard technical differences (see Annex 3 and Annex 4).
CQC temporarily implements CCC certification with the list of key components and materials for mandatory product certification of electric vehicle power supply equipment prepared by itself (see Annex 5, hereinafter referred to as the "List"). The final decision issued by the technical expert group of the CNCA shall prevail.
