GB/T 14048.9-2024《低压开关设备和控制设备第6-2部分：多功能电器控制与保护开关电器（设备）（CPS）》（以下简称“新版标准”）已于2024年5月28日发布，将于2024年12月1日实施并替代GB/T 14048.9-2008（以下简称“旧版标准”）。现将控制与保护开关电器器产品CCC认证执行新版标准的有关要求明确如下：
一、 2024年12月1日起，我中心将采用新版标准实施认证并出具新版标准认证证书，不再颁发旧版证书。
二、 对于已按旧版标准获证的产品，旧版标准认证证书持有人应于本公告发布之日起，标准实施日期后第一次跟踪检查结束前，向我中心提交转换新版标准认证证书的申请，需要时应送样进行型式试验，并完成按照新版标准的确认，合格后换发新版标准认证证书。所有旧版标准认证证书转换工作最迟应于2025年12月1日前完成；逾期未完成的，我中心将暂停旧版标准认证证书；2026年3月1日后仍未完成转换的认证证书，我中心将撤销旧版标准认证证书。
三、 对于2024年12月1日前已经出厂、投放市场并且不再生产的获证产品，无需进行证书转换。
四、 各相关指定实验室应尽快我中心报备所具备新版标准检测能力的情况，并应及时将通过新版标准实验室资质认定和认可的情况上报备案。

Content: Each relevant unit:
GB/T 14048.9-2024 "Low Voltage switchgear and control equipment - Part 6-2: Multifunctional Electrical Control and Protection Switchgear (Equipment) (CPS) (hereinafter referred to as the "New Standard") has been published on May 28, 2024, and will be implemented and replace GB/T 14048.9-2008 (hereinafter referred to as the "Old Standard") on December 1, 2024. The relevant requirements for the implementation of the new version of the CCC certification standard for the control and protection of switchgear products are clarified as follows:
1. From December 1, 2024, our center will adopt the new standard to implement the certification and issue the new standard certification certificate, and will no longer issue the old certificate.
Second, for the products that have been certified according to the old standard, the holder of the old standard certification certificate shall submit an application for the conversion of the new standard certification to our center from the date of this announcement, before the end of the first follow-up inspection after the implementation date of the standard, and send samples for type test when necessary, and complete the confirmation in accordance with the new standard, and issue a new standard certification after passing. The conversion of all old standard certificates should be completed by December 1, 2025 at the latest; Overdue completion, our center will suspend the old version of the standard certification; If the conversion certificate is not completed after March 1, 2026, our center will revoke the old standard certificate.
Certificate conversion is not required for certified products that have been manufactured, placed on the market and are no longer in production before December 1, 2024.
4. All relevant designated laboratories shall report to our Center as soon as possible the testing capability of the new version of the standard, and shall timely report the qualification recognition and recognition of the new version of the standard laboratory for the record.
