YD/T 2583.18-2024《蜂窝式移动通信设备电磁兼容性能要求和测量方法 第18部分：5G用户设备和辅助设备》（以下简称“新版标准”），已于2024年7月5日发布，将于2024年10月1日起实施，替代YD/T 2583.18-2019（以下简称“旧版标准”）。
中国质量认证中心（英文缩写CQC）对涉及以上标准的认证规则CQC12-045670-2022 《电子产品及其附件安全与电磁兼容认证规则》进行了修订，涉及小类号001018。现将执行新版标准的有关要求明确如下：
一、 规则主要修订内容
1. 标准YD/T 2583.18-2024替代YD/T 2583.18-2019。
二、 执行新版标准的有关要求
1. 自2024年10月1日起，我中心将采用新版标准受理申请并出具相关标准认证证书。
2. 对已发证书，采取结合产品变更、认证证书到期换证等自然过渡的方式对证书的检测标准进行转换，获证后监督依据有效认证证书列明的标准版本实施。
3. 标准差异见《YD/T 2583.18-2024与YD/T 2583.18-2019标准主要差异和补充试验要求》（附件）。
4. 2024年10月1日前已经出厂、投放市场并且不再生产的获证产品，无需进行证书转换。
5. 各相关指定实验室应尽快向我中心上报所具备新版标准检测能力的情况，并应及时将通过新版标准实验室资质认定和认可的情况上报备案。
