In Feb. 10th 2020, NOM-221-SCFI-2018 comes into force in Mexico, establishing the technical specifications of mobile equipment that can use the radio spectrum in Mexico or be connected to its telecommunications networks.
NOM-221-SCFI-2018 affects cellular equipment operating in the 700 MHz, 800 MHz, 850 MHz, 1700 MHz, 1900 MHz, 2100 MHz and/or 2500 MHz bands.
