中国质量认证中心（英文缩写CQC）近期对CQC11-464223-2024《电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池（组）安全与性能认证规则》及其配套文件进行了修订，涉及产品类别：142002。现将相关事宜通知如下：
一、 认证规则主要修订内容
1、 新增加认证依据标准GB 43854-2024《电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池安全技术规范》；
2、 删除监督抽样要求；
3、 新增认证模式：型式试验+企业质量保证能力和产品一致性检查（初始工厂检查）+获证后监督。
二、 执行修订后规则要求
本次规则修订企业可根据需求自愿申请证书换证。自公告之日起，申请人可按照修订后的实施规则申请认证。

China Quality Certification Center (English abbreviation CQC) recently revised the CQC11-464223-2024 "Safety and Performance Certification Rules for Lithium-ion Batteries (Groups) for Electric Bicycles" and its supporting documents, involving product category: 142002. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Main revisions to the certification rules
1. The new certification is based on the standard GB 43854-2024 "Safety Technical Specifications for lithium-ion Batteries for electric Bicycles";
2. Delete the supervision sampling requirement;
3. New certification mode: type test + enterprise quality assurance capability and product consistency inspection (initial factory inspection) + post-certification supervision.
2. Implement the requirements of the revised Rules
This rule revision enterprises can voluntarily apply for certificate renewal according to demand. From the date of the announcement, the applicant may apply for certification in accordance with the revised implementing Rules.
