根据《市场监管总局关于对电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池、电动自行车用充电器实施强制性产品认证管理的公告》（2024年第26号），现发布《强制性产品认证实施规则 电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池》（CNCA-C11-21：2024）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 电动自行车用充电器》（CNCA-C11-22：2024），自2024年10月15日起实施。
相关指定认证机构应依据上述实施规则和已发布的强制性产品认证通用实施规则要求，制定对应的强制性产品认证实施细则，向国家认监委备案后，方可开展指定领域的强制性产品认证活动。

Announcement of implementation rules for mandatory product certification of batteries and electric bicycle chargers
According to the Announcement of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the Implementation of Mandatory Product Certification Management of lithium-ion batteries for electric Bicycles and chargers for electric Bicycles (No. 26 of 2024), the Implementation Rules for Mandatory Product Certification of Lithium-ion Batteries for electric Bicycles (CNCA-C11-21: 2024), "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Electric Bicycle Chargers" (CNCA-C11-22:24), effective from October 15, 2024.
The relevant designated certification body shall, in accordance with the above implementation rules and the requirements of the issued mandatory product certification general implementation rules, formulate the corresponding mandatory product certification implementation rules, and file with the CNCA before carrying out mandatory product certification activities in the designated field.
