为进一步加强产品质量安全监管工作，根据《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》有关规定，市场监管总局决定对燃气用具连接用软管、燃气紧急切断阀实施强制性产品认证（CCC认证）管理。现将有关要求公告如下：
一、自2025年10月1日起，列入CCC认证目录的燃气用具连接用软管、燃气紧急切断阀（产品描述与界定见附件1），应当经过CCC认证并标注CCC认证标志后，方可出厂、销售、进口或者在其他经营活动中使用。2024年10月1日起，指定认证机构开始受理CCC认证委托。
二、指定认证机构应当依据CCC认证通用规则和《强制性产品认证实施规则 燃气燃烧器具安全附件》（见附件2）制定认证实施细则，并向市场监管总局认证监管司备案后，方可开展认证实施工作。
三、指定认证机构和实验室应当在认证风险可控、保证认证质量的前提下，积极采信已有合格评定结果，减轻企业负担，便利企业获证。

Product implementation of mandatory product certification management announcement
In order to further strengthen the supervision of product quality and safety, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Certification and Accreditation Regulations of the People's Republic of China", the General Administration of Market Supervision decided to implement mandatory product certification (CCC certification) management of hoses for gas appliance connection and gas emergency cut-off valves. The relevant requirements are hereby announced as follows:
1. Since October 1, 2025, the hose and gas emergency cut-off valve for connecting gas appliances listed in the CCC certification catalogue (product description and definition are shown in Annex 1) shall be certified by CCC and marked with the CCC certification mark before they can be delivered, sold, imported or used in other business activities. From October 1, 2024, the designated certification body will begin to accept CCC certification commissions.
The designated certification body shall formulate the implementation rules for certification in accordance with the General Rules for CCC certification and the "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Gas burner Safety Annex" (see Annex 2), and file with the Certification Supervision Department of the General Administration of Market Supervision before carrying out the certification implementation work.
Third, the designated certification bodies and laboratories should be under the premise of controlling the certification risk and ensuring the quality of certification, actively accept the existing conformity assessment results, reduce the burden on enterprises, and facilitate enterprises to obtain certification.
