据市场监管总局官网7月1日消息，根据市场监管总局2024年第9号公告，自2024年7月1日起，对阻燃电线电缆实施强制性产品认证管理。自2025年7月1日起，未获得CCC认证证书和标注认证标志的阻燃电线电缆，不得出厂、销售、进口或者在其他经营活动中使用。
以建筑布线和设备电源软线为主的民用电线电缆，作为民众日常接触较为普遍的产品，其产品质量直接关乎消费者人身财产安全。此前，市场监管总局已对橡皮绝缘、聚氯乙烯绝缘等常见非阻燃民用电线电缆产品实施CCC认证管理。近年来，随着技术升级和使用需求的增加，阻燃电线电缆的市场份额不断增加，但由于民用电线电缆行业企业规模普遍较小、缺乏系统性的质量管理手段、市场竞争白热化等原因，电线电缆中导体打折亏方、使用劣质电缆料等问题屡禁不绝。特别是由于对阻燃电线电缆缺少强制性市场准入要求，部分企业甚至将其生产的不具有阻燃性能的电线电缆标称为阻燃电线电缆，故意逃避CCC认证监管。
按照国务院关于加强产品质量安全监管的统一部署，市场监管总局将阻燃民用电线电缆纳入CCC认证实施范围，将更加严格地把好市场准入关，防止不符合标准要求、存在安全隐患的问题电线电缆流入市场，切实做到源头严进、过程严管、风险严控，确保人民群众买得放心、用得舒心。
