根据《市场监管总局关于对商用燃气燃烧器具等产品实施强制性产品认证管理的公告》（2024年第9号）确定的强制性产品认证目录和实施方式调整方案，国家认监委对有关强制性产品认证实施规则进行了修订（详见附件）。现将具体要求公告如下：
一、《强制性产品认证实施规则 低压电器 低压元器件》（CNCA-C03-02：2024）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 摩托车、电动自行车乘员头盔》（CNCA-C11-15：2024）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 防爆电气》（CNCA-C23-01：2024）自2024年5月1日起实施，《强制性产品认证实施规则 电线电缆》（CNCA-C01-01：2024）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 家用和类似用途设备》（CNCA-C07-01：2024）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 火灾报警产品》（CNCA-C18-01：2024）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 装饰装修产品》（CNCA-C21-01：2024）、《强制性产品认证实施规则 燃气燃烧器具》（CNCA-C24-01：2024）自2024年7月1日起实施。旧版规则同时废止。
二、相关指定认证机构应当依据修订后的新版规则和强制性产品认证通用实施规则要求，制定对应的认证实施细则，向国家认监委备案后方可按照新版规则实施认证并颁发认证证书。
三、按照旧版规则颁发的有效强制性产品认证证书可继续使用，认证证书转换工作采取到期换证、产品变更、标准换版等自然过渡的方式完成。

Content: In accordance with the mandatory product certification catalogue and implementation adjustment plan determined by the Announcement of the General Administration of Market Regulation on the implementation of Mandatory Product Certification Management for Commercial Gas combustion Appliances and other products (No. 9 of 2024), the CNCA has revised the relevant mandatory product certification implementation rules (see annex). The specific requirements are announced as follows:
1. "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Low-voltage Electrical Appliances and Low-voltage Components" (CNCA-C03-02:24), "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Motorcycle, electric bicycle Occupant Helmet" (CNCA-C11-15: 2024), "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules Explosion-proof electrical" (CNCA-C23-01:24) since May 1, 2024, "Mandatory Product certification implementation Rules Wire and cable" (CNCA-C01-01: 2024), "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Household and similar Equipment" (CNCA-C07-01:24), "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Fire Alarm Products" (CNCA-C18-01: 2024), "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules Decorative decoration products" (CNCA-C21-01:24), "Mandatory Product Certification Implementation Rules Gas burner" (CNCA-C24-01:24) since July 1, 2024. The old rules are repealed at the same time.
The relevant designated certification body shall formulate the corresponding certification implementation rules in accordance with the revised new version of the rules and the requirements of the mandatory product certification general implementation rules, and file with the CNCA before implementing the certification and issuing the certification certificate in accordance with the new version of the rules.
The valid mandatory product certification certificate issued in accordance with the old version of the rules can continue to be used, and the conversion of the certification certificate is completed in a natural transition way such as expiration renewal, product change, and standard version change.
