中国RoHS公共服务平台由工业和信息化部联合市场监督管理总局建设，于2019年12月正式上线运行，用于统一管理电器电子产品有害物质限制使用合格评定信息、公布合格评定结果，具有合格评定信息报送、公开查询、统计分析、信息发布等功能。截至2024年1月底，共有1367家企业在平台上传合格评定信息17555条，涉及产品26840种。

Content: According to the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products" (Order No. 32 of 2016 by 8 departments such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the "Implementation Arrangement of the Conformity Assessment System for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products" (Announcement No. 23 of 2019 by the General Administration of Market Supervision), Twelve major categories of products, such as refrigerators, washing machines and TV sets, that are manufactured and imported after November 1, 2019, must carry out conformity assessment on the restricted use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, and submit the results to the Limited Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products (China RoHS) public service platform.
China RoHS public service platform, jointly built by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the General Administration of Market Supervision and Administration, was officially put into operation in December 2019. It is used for unified management of conformity assessment information on the restricted use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, and publication of conformity assessment results, with conformity assessment information reporting, public inquiry, statistical analysis, information release and other functions. By the end of January 2024, a total of 1,367 enterprises had uploaded 17,555 pieces of conformity assessment information on the platform, involving 26,840 products.
