国家认监委，2023年11月9日发布GB/T 7251.2—2023《低压成套开关设备和控制设备 第2部分：成套电力开关和控制设备》将于2024年3月1日起实施，替代GB/T 7251.12—2013。为确保相关产品强制性产品认证（以下称CCC认证）工作有序实施，现将有关要求明确如下：
一、自本公告发布之日起，《强制性产品认证实施规则 低压电器 低压成套开关设备》（编号：CNCA-C03-01：2014）中成套电力开关和控制设备CCC认证依据标准由GB/T 7251.12变更为GB/T 7251.2。此次变更不引起CCC认证目录范围的变化。
二、成套电力开关和控制设备生产者（制造商）应当按照《认监委关于发布相关标准修订时强制性产品认证自我声明评价方式实施要求的公告》（2021年第4号）有关规定开展CCC认证自我声明及换版工作。

Subject: Announcement of CNCA on changing the standard for mandatory product certification of complete sets of power switches and control equipment
Content: The CNCA, released on November 9, 2023 GB/T 7251.2-2023 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment Part 2: Complete power switchgear and control equipment" will be implemented from March 1, 2024, replacing GB/T 7251.12-2013. In order to ensure the orderly implementation of mandatory product certification for related products (hereinafter referred to as CCC certification), the relevant requirements are clarified as follows:
1. As of the date of this announcement, the CCC certification standard for complete sets of power switches and control equipment in the Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification of Low-Voltage Electrical Appliances and Low-voltage Switchgear (No. : CNCA-C03-01:2014) has been changed from GB/T 7251.12 to GB/T 7251.2. This change does not change the scope of the CCC authentication directory.
Producers (manufacturers) of complete sets of power switches and control equipment shall implement the requirements in accordance with the evaluation method of mandatory product certification self-declaration when the relevant standards are revised by the Accreditation Administration.
