On August 18th, 2023 ENACOM released resolution 1134/2023, where expanded the band allocation for radars.
Now, level probing radars are allowed on 76-81 GHz band.

Max EIRP:
Average: -3 dBm in 1 MHz
Peak: +34 dBm in 50 Mhz
Max Equivalent Electric Field Intensity allowed:
Average: 92,26 dBμV/m @ 3m. RBW: 1 MHz
Peak: 129, 26 dBμV/m @ 3m. RBW: 50 MHz
Enforcement date is date of publication: August 18th, 2023
Foreign reports are accepted as long as they comply with limit established on technical standard ENACOM-Q2-64.02 V22.1
ENACOM DoC is requested. It must include:
Manufacturer name and address or importer in Argentina
Product description (brand, model, etc)
Declaration of compliance to standard ENACOM-Q2-64.02 V22.1
Signatory identification (name, surname, position)
Date
